H.J. Pfaff Audi Mobility

Audi Newmarket would like each of our clients to experience the best service possible while owning their Audi vehicle. We will make every attempt to provide alternative transportation while your vehicle is in service and currently offer the following options.

Complimentary Shuttle Service

Pfaff will provide complimentary drop off and pick-up service within a defined geographic area surrounding our dealership and during specified hours. Please see your Service Advisor for details.

Rental Vehicles

Rental vehicles are primarily supplied through Motus Car Rental. The rental cost is $35/day for an Audi or similar brand vehicle.

Valet Service

Pfaff is pleased to offer valet service to our Audi customers for regular maintenance appointments. The valet cost is $85 (including a loaner vehicle) per repair visit, subject to availability. An additional charge may apply outside of our defined geographic area. Please ask for details.
