The maintenance you will receive at each scheduled visit will vary depending on how many kilometers you have traveled. Below you can find what you can expect your first two maintenance visits.
Audi Q5 at 15,000 Kilometers
Expect minor maintenance at this first visit, which includes:
- Checking the brake system, including brake pad thickness.
- Changing engine oil and replacing the engine oil filter.
- Resetting the service reminder indicator display.
- Checking and recording the completeness of the tire repair kit, if equipped.

Expect standard maintenance, which includes:
- Visually inspect body/chassis for possible paint damage and corrosion
- Check brake system damage and leaks, condition of brake hoses and the presence of the bleeder caps
- Check state health with Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in Guided Functions of the connected box/ OCU battery
- Lubricate latch mechanism of convertible top
- Check CTG (Certification Test Group) label is present, undamaged, and legible in the engine compartment

- Check condition and replace wiper blades if necessary
- Replace dust and pollen filter
- Check drainage system of panorama sunroof systems
