Upon completion of all service work that you authorize, an authorized representative will deliver your car to the pick-up location within a reasonable and mutually agreeable time, at which time you will surrender the service loaner vehicle to the authorized Lithia representative.

A Qualifying Reason shall generally be defined as any regularly scheduled maintenance, repair, warranty, or other services that the Fulfillment Center listed on the contract would customarily perform on the Covered Vehicle.
